SUKKUR, July 18: Eighteen persons were booked in Jacobabad district on Thursday on charges of kidnapping women, keeping them in illegal confinement and later selling them.

The case was registered at the Saddar police station on the complaint of Saeeda Mallah against 18 men including Ali Khan Mastoi, Hajani Chandio, Anb Khaskheli, Juman Khaskheli, Ms Noori, Moosa Brohi, Wadera, Ghulam Mustafa Chandio, Ms Husna Mastoi, Ms Sachal Khatoon, Ghaffar Mastoi, Punhal Panhwar, Munir Shaikh and Asif Panhwar.—BoC
